Appeaance : “Dark straw color.”
Aroma : “Smells like beer.”
Taste : “Solid, assertive, but not aggressive flavor. Not fruity like some Belgians. Nice finish. Piquant, but not astringent. Some character there, but not in a way that's going to stay there and bother you.”
Food Affinity : “Would stand up to a whole lot of possibilities. More character than most American lagers. Would go well with a burger and this pint was enjoyed while eating some spicy chicken wings.”
